Job summary

Accellor is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents specialist to design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational experiences. You will build topics, actions, workflows, variables, plugins, and custom extensions in Copilot Studio, and architect end-to-end Copilot-powered solutions using Power Platform.

You will integrate Copilot with Azure services, API Management and external systems, implement HITL, escalation paths, and robust orchestration, and optimize

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of total work experience required.
• Min 2 years hands-on in Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Solid experience integrating solutions using Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
• Strong understanding of LLM-driven bots, prompt engineering, generative AI features, and custom plugin design.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework (advantageous, not mandatory).
• Ability to design scalable, secure Copilot solutions following center of excellence (CoE) best practices.
• Experience with ALM, Git integration, environment management, and solution deployment in Power Platform.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience for requirement gathering and solution workshops.
