Job summary

Zurich Cover-More Group in Mumbai seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to reconcile client accounts, manage cash flow, and process payments in line with SLAs. The role includes preparing monthly bordereaux, responding to inquiries, and generating MI dashboards for business reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and bookkeeping skills, be proactive, and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Control cash flow within client accounts to ensure funds are available for premium and commission payments.
• Process payments to policyholders and underwriters per SLAs.
• Prepare and distribute monthly premium bordereaux (BDX) by reporting deadlines.
• Respond to inquiries from underwriters, internal functions, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to escalate float shortages and other issues as needed.
• Work with payment providers to maintain service standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly Management Information dashboards to support reporting.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.
