Zurich Cover-More, a global travel insurance and assistance group, is seeking a senior software leader in Maharashtra to guide our development team and shape the backend and frontend architecture. You will build a strong engineering culture, mentor engineers, and drive scalable solutions across the technology stack to improve customer experience.

• You’ll lead the development team and drive the backend and frontend architecture.

And what are we looking for?

• You’ll bring 10+ years of software development experience delivering solutions using .NET technologies, with exposure to or experience in React considered an advantage.
• You’ll leverage a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field to support technical leadership and decision-making.
• You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• You’ll embody strong values and a passion for building and sustaining a positive team culture.
• You’ll mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
• You’ll collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
