Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional with 4–6 years of experience in foundry operations, molding, casting, and TPM. The role emphasizes process control, energy efficiency, and continual improvement in a manufacturing environment.

You will engage with core making, melting, and tooling activities across the plant, driving quality and productivity improvements in line with ISO/TS standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foundry processes and metallurgy.

• Understanding of core making, sand plant, and molding operations.
• Familiar with energy audits and cost control measures.

• Expert Knowledge about Spectrometer , Induction furnace and it's auxiliary Equipments like cooling / Water circulations etc. can independently manage and control.
• Expert knowledge about Induction Furnace melting operations / Induction furnaces .Press Pour , Refractories / Monitoring of refractory condition , analysis and necessary measures.
• Knowledge of preceding and subsequent process like Core making, Sand Plant, Molding, HPML, Fettling and Rejection etc.
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, Daily Work management, TPM ,Lean manufacturing, ISO, TS 16949, 5S, OHSAS18001. etc.
• Knowledge of casting defects and analysis and its remedy.
• Knowledge of DCP, PPAP, APQP
• Knowledge of Revenue cost elements and it’s measures to control it.
• Knowledge about Energy audit and energy conservation techniques.
• Knowledge about resource planning and resource optimization.
