Job summary

You will draw, provide feedback to the design team, coordinate RFQs, ensure first-time-right development with PERT charts, and manage VPPAP, CDMM, and supplier interfaces while controlling costs and schedules. Role requires strong communication, project coordination across MRV, and exposure to SAP,

Qualifications

• Experience 10-15 years in mechanical, production, or automobile domains.
• Strong knowledge of casting development and processes.
• Experience with VPPAP/APQP and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge and experience of casting components development (foundry processes and machining).
• Drawing study and providing technical feedback to design team.
• Floating RFQ, TSO sign off with PCM and QS submission to SSU within timelines.
• Ensuring first-time-right development with PERT chart tracking.
• Exposure & skills in VPPAP activities and closures.
• Scheduling of development parts and CDMM ownership parts.
• Project coordination for a team at MRV.
• Proto/RPT route component development.
• Material availability at MRV for testing and validations requirements.
• Commercial acumen, capex & material cost.
