Job summary

Paranjape Autocast in Shirwal, Maharashtra seeks an Engineer GDC / Machine Shop / Alloy Wheel / Centrifugal Foundry to oversee GDC production and machine shop operations, ensuring quality and productivity.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of gravity die casting, centrifugal casting, alloy wheel machining, production planning, process monitoring, and manpower utilization. Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen and TPM is preferred.

Role & responsibilities : Engineer GDC / Machine Shop / Alloy Wheel / Centrifugal Foundry vacancy,

Preferred candidate profile -

• Should have sound knowledge of GDC (Gravity Die Casting) processes and production operations.
• Should have good knowledge of Machine Shop operations, processes, and production activities.
• Should have knowledge of Alloy Wheel Machine Shop processes, including machining operations and process requirements.
• Should have sound knowledge of Centrifugal Foundry / Centrifugal Casting production processes.
• Should be capable of monitoring production processes, productivity, and process parameters.
• Should have knowledge of production planning, manpower utilization, and machine capacity.
• Should be able to identify production-related issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and basic problem-solving techniques will be preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Foundry / Casting / Machine Shop production will be preferred.
