Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service in Jaipur, India is seeking a lead for methoding and process engineering to drive improvement in Hi-Cr iron and Mn-steel castings. This role focuses on leading the methoding, pattern shop, and process engineering team and mentoring junior engineers in simulation and best practices.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Pattern Shop, and Maintenance to optimise yield, fettling time, and dimensional accuracy across product lines.
