Job summary

Shree Management Placement Servives is seeking an experienced Foundry Tooling Engineer with expertise in SG Iron and Gray Iron automotive casting. The role involves designing tooling for vertical and horizontal moulding machines, handling domestic and global customers, and using casting simulation software, preferably AdSTEFAN.

Knowledge of GD&T and basic machining is required. Ideal candidates will contribute to gating design, tool cost estimation, and vendor management for efficient tool

Qualifications

• Experience in design & development of foundry tooling in SG Iron / Gray Iron automotive casting.
• Tool design experience for Vertical & Horizontal moulding machine.
• Experience in handling domestic & Global customers.
• Casting Simulation software, preferably in AdSTEFAN.
• GD & T and basic component machining knowledge.
• Gating design for Vertical and Horizontal line.
• Foundry tool cost estimation and Tooling Vendor management
