Job summary

HR Innovation Group in Pune (Bhosari) is seeking a Quality / QMS manager with Metallurgist background to lead heat treatment, metallurgical testing and CQI/IATF-16949 compliance.

The candidate should have BE or Diploma in Metallurgy, 8–12 years’ experience in forging/machining, and be prepared to coordinate with production and quality teams, maintain furnace operations, prepare inspection reports, and ensure process control.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Metallurgy or related field.
• 8–12 years experience in forging/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Automobile sector and CQI/IATF-16949.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control heat treatment and aging processes
• Perform metallurgical testing and analysis
• Conduct hardness testing (Vickers, Rockwell)
• Use microscopes for microstructure analysis
• Perform Millipore testing and coating inspection
• Ensure adherence to CQI standards (CQI-9, CQI-11, CQI-12)
• Implement and maintain IATF 16949 quality standards
• Maintain furnace operations and process parameters
• Prepare inspection reports and documentation
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
