Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer in the Indian auto sector to drive continuous improvement in supplier quality, audits, and vendor support. You will ensure process stability, implement corrective actions, and uphold quality systems while aligning with customer needs and product specs.

The role requires 4–6 years in automobile supplier QA with BE in Mechanical/Automobile and expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and QC tools. Located in Zaheerabad area with on-site work.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical/Automobile with 4–6 years in Automobile supplier QA.
• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA and quality tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement in Supplier Quality (GR, LR and Field Complaints related to bought-out components).
• Plan and organize periodic audits to ensure quality processes and systems are in place and effective.
• Provide technical support to vendors to sustain and improve quality of components supplied.
• Provide technical support to establish process stability/capability.
• Identify need for corrective action by vendors for deviations from established standards.
• Adherence to Quality Systems Requirements.
• Upgrade Supplier Capabilities through Formal Training.
