Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants seeks a Lead Plant QA to drive IPQC, customer QA, SQA and QMS across our manufacturing operations in Hosur. You will implement QA strategies and SOPs, and build a high-performing QA team with strong experience in cold forging, CNC machining and precision engineering processes.

The role requires 15+ years in QA, with at least 5+ years in managerial roles within a Tier-1 automotive setup, and hands-on expertise in APQP, PPAP, 8D, TQM and IATF standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of QA experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience with a Tier-1 Auto unit.
• Strong skills in cold forging, CNC machining, and precision engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant QA focusing on IPQC, Customer QA, SQA, and QMS.
• Implement QA strategies and SOPs.
