Job summary

Lead Height is seeking a result-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will plan, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads and improve campaign performance.

The role requires 1–2 years hands-on Meta Ads experience, strong targeting skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate with design and marketing teams. Work from office in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting and ad optimization.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns
• Conduct audience research and targeting based on demographics, interests and behavior
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversions and ROI
• Perform A/B testing to identify the best-performing ads, creatives and audiences
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for ad creatives and campaign strategy
• Track campaign performance and prepare daily / weekly reports and insights
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively
• Ensure ads are aligned with the overall marketing goals and lead generation objectives
