Job summary

Cosmo Solutions Pvt Ltd in Gurugram is seeking a Digital Marketer specializing in Facebook Ads to develop, execute and optimise paid social campaigns for clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Role requires 1–2 years of hands-on Facebook/Instagram Ads experience, plus strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and optimization techniques.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
• Understanding metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
• Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Search/Display Arbitrage is an added advantage.
• Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audience research, targeting and retargeting.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, placements and ad formats.
• Create and coordinate ad creatives and copies.
