• Identify and contribute to automation solutions using PowerShell.
• Handle day-to-day incident and request management tasks.
• Assist in patching, upgrades, and maintenance of messaging software systems.
• Coordinate with team on SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams related tasks.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist- Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities

• Typically, the Messaging Services Senior Specialist assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive. In addition is expected to have good knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 MS Teams within Unified Messaging and Communication.
• Must have knowledge on MS SharePoint One Drive.
• In addition with adept knowledge on MS O365 Microsoft Teams.
• Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
• Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, Proofpoint and Cisco IronPort)
• Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams
• Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks
• Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
• Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualifications

Education

Degree: Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
