Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Messaging Services Senior Specialist in Bengaluru to manage SharePoint and OneDrive alongside Exchange Online and On Premises. You will support Office 365/Microsoft Teams and contribute to automation via PowerShell, while handling incidents and requests in a dynamic enterprise setting.

The role requires 5+ years in Messaging environments, with strong knowledge across Exchange versions and Office 365 core apps. Engineering degree preferred, with a focus on messaging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for SharePoint and OneDrive services.
• Handle day-to-day incident and request management tasks.
• Contribute to automation solutions (PowerShell) and patching/upgrades.
• Administer Exchange On Premise and Exchange Online, plus EOP/ATP/Proofpoint.
• Maintain knowledge of Office 365 core apps including SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist- Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Messaging Services Senior Specialist

• Typically, the Messaging Services Senior Specialist assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive. In addition is expected to have good knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 & MS Teams within Unified Messaging and Communication.
• Must have knowledge on MS SharePoint & One Drive.
• In addition with adept knowledge on MS O365 & Microsoft Teams.
• Assiststeam in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
• Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, Proofpoint and Cisco IronPort)
• Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams
• Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks
• Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
• Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Degree:
