Job summary

Wissenpro It Solutions is seeking a Messaging Services Analyst to manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive in our Bengaluru operations. You will contribute to IT operations, incident and problem management, and service health monitoring.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PowerShell, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow, with strong reporting and stakeholder coordination skills to support a dynamic collaboration environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident and problem management.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools for users.
• Handle incident and problem management to ensure service health.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and produce ongoing service reports.
