Job summary

BinQle is seeking an experienced MES Product Owner to lead end-to-end product ownership for MES solutions across manufacturing environments. You will translate shop-floor requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure integration with ERP, MES, and SCADA systems.

The role requires 8–12+ years in product ownership within manufacturing, strong MES knowledge (Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, Aveva), and hands-on Agile experience with Jira/Azure DevOps. Based in India, multiple city locations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of industry experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within manufacturing domain solutions.
• Deep functional knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Dassault Apriso, Aveva) and understanding of ISA-95 standards.
• Strong familiarity with shop-floor technologies such as PLM, IIoT, digital twins, and SCADA automation.
• Proficiency with Agile tools for backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps) and Confluence for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and manage the MES product backlog to align with factory modernization and smart manufacturing objectives.
• Translate complex shop-floor processes into user stories and detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with plant managers, automation engineers, IT/OT architects, and vendors for seamless systems integration (ERP, MES, SCADA/PLC).
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story mapping, and product demos.
• Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency, cycle-time reduction, and data accuracy.
