Job summary

Infosys seeks a seasoned MES Architect to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise MES across global manufacturing facilities. You will define digital manufacturing strategies, drive large-scale MES transformation programs, and deliver scalable solutions using Ignition, Sepasoft, AVEVA MES, Siemens Opcenter, Delmia Apriso, SAP MII/ME, and related platforms.

You will collaborate with OT/IT teams, plant operations, and system integrators to enable smart manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Manufacturing Systems with strong MES implementation and consulting experience.
• Experience leading MES architecture, design, and deployment across global facilities.
• ISA-95/ISA-88/ISA-62443 knowledge and hands-on ERP/MES integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define MES architecture, roadmap, and deployment strategy.
• Design and implement ISA-95 compliant MES solutions.
• Lead manufacturing process assessments and digital transformation initiatives.
• Architect integrations between MES, ERP, SCADA, Historian, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead global MES implementation programs and delivery governance.
• Manage stakeholders, customer workshops, and executive presentations.
• Support pre-sales, solution estimation, and proposal development.
• Drive best practices, reusable frameworks, and manufacturing intelligence solutions.

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions across global manufacturing facilities. The role involves defining digital manufacturing strategies, driving large-scale MES transformation programs, and delivering scalable solutions using leading MES platforms such as Sepasoft, AVEVA MES, Siemens Opcenter, Delmia Apriso, SAP MII/ME, and Ignition. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, plant operations teams, OT/IT teams, and system integrators to enable smart manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 transformation.
