Job summary

BinQle is seeking an experienced MES Apriso Developer to design, develop, and implement DELMIA Apriso-based solutions for global manufacturing operations.

You will gather requirements, customize components, and develop integrations with SAP, ERP, PLM, and SCADA systems, while optimizing SQL queries and supporting deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• DELMIA Apriso certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize Apriso components, Process Builder workflows, forms, screens, and reports
• Configure manufacturing operations processes including Production, Quality, Traceability & Genealogy, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Labor Management
• Develop integrations between Apriso and ERP/SCADA/PLM systems
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects
• Support deployment activities, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Participate in architecture discussions and define best practices
• Develop technical design docs, test scripts, and deployment docs
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams

Role Summary

Design, develop, and implement MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso for global manufacturing operations. Support integration, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, configure, and implement MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize Apriso Business Components, Process Builder workflows, forms, screens, and reports

• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves)

• Strong experience in DELMIA Apriso MES development
• Expertise in Process Builder, Business Components, Global Process Manager, Machine Integration, Apriso Reporting, Event Management
• Strong SQL Server knowledge (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, triggers, performance optimization)
• Knowledge of web services (REST APIs, SOAP services)
• Experience integrating Apriso with SAP (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, PI/PO, Integration Suite)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor execution
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience in Apriso upgrades and migration projects
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and IIoT
• Knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, and machine connectivity
• Experience with Power BI or manufacturing analytics platforms
• Understanding of ISA-95 and manufacturing standards
• Experience working in global manufacturing environments
• DELMIA Apriso certification
• SAP Manufacturing Integration experience
• Exposure to Cloud-based MES architectures
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD implementation for MES solutions
