Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced MES SME/BA/PO to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of MES solutions for manufacturing operations. You will gather and analyze requirements, write user stories and design documents, drive UAT, release planning, testing and deployment, and ensure MES processes align with functional needs and industry standards.

This role offers collaboration with global teams, exposure to IIoT, Digital Manufacturing, and analytics

Qualifications

• : Strong MES functional experience with Business Analysis exposure.
• : Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• : Knowledge of .NET application testing and debugging.
• : Experience with Web and Mobile Applications (Android).
• : Hands-on experience with Web Services, SOAP UI, and Postman.
• : Strong database knowledge with MySQL and Oracle SQL.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong manufacturing domain expertise. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery, implementation, and support of MES solutions.
