Qualifications

• Strong MES functional experience with BA exposure.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Experience with requirements gathering and UAT.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the MES SME for business and IT teams.
• Collaborate with Development, Support, Deployment, and End Users for delivery and issue resolution.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Drive documentation activities including User Stories, FDDs, PRE-ROM, Analyst Testing, UAT, and Release Planning.
• Define functional requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Ensure alignment between manufacturing processes and MES solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong manufacturing domain expertise. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery, implementation, and support of MES solutions.

Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business and IT teams.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Support, Deployment, and End Users for smooth project delivery and issue resolution.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Drive documentation activities including User Stories, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), PRE-ROM, Analyst Testing, UAT, and Release Planning.
• Work with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Ensure alignment between manufacturing processes and MES solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Strong MES functional experience with Business Analysis exposure.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of .NET application testing and debugging.
• Experience with Web and Mobile Applications (Android).
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, SOAP UI, and Postman.
• Strong database knowledge with MySQL and Oracle SQL.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI integrations.
• Understanding of ISA-95 standards.
• Basic experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).
• Exposure to IIoT and Digital Manufacturing solutions.

• Experience working as an MES SME, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Strong manufacturing domain expertise.
• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
