SAKTHI INFRA TEX GROUP is seeking a full-time Merchandiser based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, on-site. You will coordinate with buyers, production teams and suppliers to manage orders from sample development through bulk production and shipment.

The role requires strong communication, customer service and merchandising skills, with experience in apparel or textiles preferred. You will track orders, prepare costings, and ensure timely delivery while supporting pricing and assortment decisions.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Coimbatore, with two positions available. The Merchandiser will coordinate with buyers, production teams, and suppliers to manage orders from sample development through bulk production and shipment. Daily tasks include tracking order status, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing costings, and ensuring products meet quality, quantity, and delivery requirements. The role involves regular communication with customers, monitoring market trends, supporting pricing and assortment decisions, and aligning merchandising plans with production capabilities. The Merchandiser will also collaborate closely with design, marketing, and retail partners to optimize product mix and support business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand product performance, customer preferences, and merchandising strategies.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, promotional plans, and brand consistency.
• Relevant experience in apparel merchandising, textile or garment manufacturing, or fashion retail is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or merchandising software; strong data and documentation management skills.
• Diploma or degree in Textiles, Fashion Technology, Apparel Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
