Job summary

Centex Exports is seeking a proactive merchandising professional in Ludhiana to plan for new season sampling and production orders, monitor sampling per buyer requirements, and manage orders from receipt to shipment.

The role involves coordinating with product development, QA teams, and buyers, maintaining TNA files, and ensuring on-time delivery with quality standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and deadline-driven work style are essential.

Responsibilities

• Planning for New Season Sampling and Production Orders.
• Monitor the Sampling Process according to Buyer requirement.
• Processing of the orders right from the order Receipt to Shipment.
• Put the Developments into work with Product Development Team.
• Clarify all necessary information with Buyer and communicating for new queries as well as updates.
• Maintain Merchandising files and updating Time and Action plan (TNA).
• Checking all the details in order sheet once received from buyer.
• Work out the Initial Costing & Price Negotiation with buyer.
• Follow up on the delivered Sample deadline.
• Handle Quality issues for Sampling as well as Production.
• Follow up with Buyers for approvals and feedback.
• Execution of running Production Orders.
• Update the Buyers with the order status at all stages.
• Coordinating with production and quality teams to get the goods on time with exact quality standards.
• Update Production Development Team regarding different Sample requirement of Buyer at various stage (sales man, fit, pp. sample etc.)
• To ensure smooth Shipment process.
