Job summary

We are seeking candidates for a Merchandising role in Bengaluru with 1 to 4 years of experience. You will assist in buyer communications related to orders, samples and approvals, and coordinate with sampling, production, quality and sourcing teams to ensure smooth order execution.

You will prepare and maintain order files, tech packs, BOMs and costing sheets, track production schedules, and follow up on sample development and approvals.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of merchandising experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in handling buyer communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-line and final inspection status and coordinate corrective actions if required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and company procedures.
