Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced Website Merchandising and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead day-to-day eCommerce operations, drive campaigns, and optimize the customer journey.

You will manage CMS workflows (Contentful a plus), content calendars, and coordinate with APAC and global teams to rollout UX/UI enhancements and promotions.

Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential, with a focus on improving engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or Master's with 3+ years).
• Experience in eCommerce Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Web Operations.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and merchandising optimization.
• Understanding of customer journey analytics and conversion optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Contentful experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, improve workflows, and mentor junior team members.

• * Coordinate with APAC and global teams on UX/UI enhancements, website features, and rollout timelines.
• * Identify operational issues, improve workflows, and guide junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• * Experience in eCommerce Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Web Operations.
