Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced professional to manage day-to-day website merchandising and drive digital marketing campaigns. You will plan content calendars, optimize banners and product placements, and collaborate with global teams on UX/UI enhancements.

The role requires CMS expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and a focus on improving customer journeys and conversion rates across desktop and mobile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience in eCommerce Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Web Operations.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and merchandising optimization.
• Understanding of customer journey analytics, conversion optimization, and desktop/mobile UX.
