Flipspaces in Mumbai is seeking an MEP Procurement Executive to source electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting materials for its commercial interiors. You will combine technical MEP knowledge with sharp commercial execution to ensure timely delivery of materials and services to specification.

You will lead RFQ processes, evaluate vendors, negotiate rates, and maintain an organized database of rates and approvals across multiple projects while coordinating with MEP and project teams.

• 3–7 years in procurement or sourcing with MEP materials experience.
• Ability to read MEP specifications and discuss with engineers/vendors.
• Strong negotiation, RFQ, and cost-control capabilities.
• Organized with meticulous documentation of PR/PO/GRN.

Designation: MEP Procurement Executive Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Sourcing

The MEP Procurement Executive is the specialist sourcing resource for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing materials and subcontractors across Flipspaces' commercial interior projects. This role combines technical knowledge of MEP systems with sharp commercial execution ensuring that every MEP material and service is sourced from the right vendor, at the right price, on time, and to the approved specification.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

3-7 years in procurement or sourcing with significant experience in MEP materials ideally within commercial interiors, infrastructure, real estate, or a project-based contracting business.

• Working knowledge of MEP systems electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting sufficient to read specifications, validate submittals, and have a technical conversation with an MEP engineer or vendor.
• Strong commercial skills able to float RFQs, build comparatives, negotiate rates, and close orders independently.
• Highly organised and documentation-disciplined — every PR, PO, GRN, and submittal on file without exception.
• Proficient in Excel, procurement tools, and capable of maintaining a structured MEP rate database independently.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Experience in MEP subcontractor management is an advantage.
