Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and prepare procurement plans for MEP materials and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
• Obtain and analyze quotations, ensuring technical compliance with project specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
• Issue purchase orders and subcontracts in line with company policies.
• Perform cost comparison and value engineering analysis for MEP components.
• Track procurement budgets and forecast cost variances.
• Support project teams with cost benchmarking and market price trends.
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for management review.
• Maintain and update approved vendor lists.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Engage with clients to understand technical and business requirements, and offer appropriate solutions.
Solution Selling:
Present and sell complex technical products or services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrations & Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to showcase functionality and ROI.
Technical Expertise:
Maintain deep knowledge of product specifications, features, applications, and compatibility.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer needs with product development.
Proposal & Documentation:
Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and respond to RFPs with accurate technical specifications and pricing.
Post-Sales Support (Optional):
Provide onboarding, training, and basic technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
