Job summary

URC Construction (P) Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to independently manage planning, scheduling, monitoring and coordination for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works in large-scale industrial projects.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 20 years of MEP Planning experience for EPC/building projects, with strong proficiency in MSP or Primavera P6 and exposure to complex projects such as data centers or high-rise facilities. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5–20 years of experience in MEP Planning for EPC/building projects.
• Experience in Data Center, institutional, or high-rise projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor MEP schedules using MSP/ Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline, recovery, and catch-up schedules for MEP activities.
• Track progress, delays, milestones, and critical path activities.

Job description

Exp required: 05 to 20 Years

We are looking for an experienced MEP Planning Engineer who can independently manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works in large-scale Industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor MEP schedules using MSP / P6 Primavera
• Prepare baseline, recovery, and catch-up schedules for MEP activities
• Track progress, delays, milestones, and critical path activities
• Coordinate with MEP Execution, Billing, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project teams
• Conduct weekly & monthly planning review meetings
• Support manpower, material, and resource forecasting for MEP works

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5 to 20 Yrs in MEP Planning for EPC / Building Projects
• Strong experience in MS Project or Primavera P6
• Experience in Data Center, Institutional, or High-rise projects preferred
• Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing execution activities
• Immediate joiner preferred
