Job summary

Supreme Universal in Pune is seeking an MEP Engineer for the Projects department. The candidate should have 6-9 years of experience and BE Electrical Engineering. The role involves coordination with consultants, design and execution of electrical systems, and ensuring project delivery within budget and safety standards.

Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with engineers, contractors and stakeholders. The position is based in Pune with on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets, maintaining quality & safety.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity estimation and tender procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants for design drawings as per site requirements.
• Handle cable sizing, transformer sizing, cable tray, lighting and earthing design & execution.
• Site inspections and cross-checks of contractor work.
• Coordinate with civil construction team and plan project stages.

1) The Key responsibility includes commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.

2) Preparation of BOQ's, Quantification, Budget estimation, tendering procedures.

3) Co-ordination with Consultants for all design related issues and getting proper drawings as per site requirement.

4) Cable sizing, Transformer sizing, cable tray design, lighting & earthing design & execution etc.

5) Sanging and dissanging of electrical, plumbing and firefighting work.

6) Regular inspection of site work.

7) Amendment of quantity.

8) Cross checking of work done by contractor.

9) Coordination with civil construction team.
