Job summary

Raymond Realty is seeking a plumbing specialist to execute drainage, water supply, LPG/PNG, storm water, and firefighting systems across residential towers, retail, and office projects in line with approved layouts and timelines.

The role involves inspecting equipment, testing materials, coordinating with architectural and civil teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and IGBC green building norms for water supply works.

Responsibilities

• Execution of drainage, storm water, water supply, LPG/PNG and firefighting systems for all residential towers, retail and office buildings, as per approved layout drawings within specified timelines and quality specifications.
• Perform regular inspection on all equipment and assist in installation & fabrication of same if required.
• Manage and perform tests on various materials and equipments like pipes, pumps, valves and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
• Coordinate with architectural and civil teams for satisfying requirements for all plumbing projects
• Evaluate all design drawings, GFC drawings for constructability according to required quality and functional specifications.
• Monitor installation and perform tests on various water, gas and sewage lines for all residential and commercial buildings.
• Install and commission pumping systems, WTP and STP.
• Supervise all plumbing work and provide certification to all contractor bills.
• Perform regular inspection of all materials and works for all plumbing activities.
• Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing related work.
• Ensure IGBC green building norms are adhered to for plumbing and water supply works for green building requirements
