Job summary

Smartworld Developers in Gurugram is seeking a skilled Plumbing Execution Engineer to lead end-to-end plumbing works for residential and commercial projects.

You will plan and monitor plumbing activities per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines, while coordinating with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure high-quality, compliant installations and timely handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plumbing execution for residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Plan and monitor plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and technical specifications.
• Monitor installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, storm-water, firefighting-related plumbing, and other plumbing systems.
• Ensure quality standards, testing, commissioning, and snag-free handover.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, and site progress.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Maintain project documentation, MIS, progress reports, and measurement records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes.
