Job summary

Alembic Real Estate is seeking a Plumbing Works Supervisor to monitor and supervise plumbing works on site per approved drawings and specifications. You will identify issues, coordinate with the design team, and review layouts and material submissions before execution.

You will coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP and finishing teams, conduct site inspections, raise RFIs, verify material availability, and monitor progress to ensure schedules are met.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise plumbing works at site per approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify plumbing issues and coordinate with design team for resolution.
• Review layouts, shop drawings, and material submissions before execution.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP and finishing teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards and safety.
• Raise RFIs and follow up with consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Verify material availability and coordinate procurement of plumbing materials.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Attend site coordination meetings and communicate plumbing concerns to stakeholders.
• Inspect piping, drainage, water supply, pumps, tanks and fixtures during installation.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning for water systems.
• Review contractor work quality and compliance with method statements.
• Prepare progress reports, snag lists and punch point closures.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) and follow up with consultants/design engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Verify material availability and coordinate procurement of plumbing materials and consumables.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Attend site coordination meetings and communicate plumbing-related concerns to stakeholders.
• Inspect pipe routing, drainage systems, water supply systems, pumps, tanks, and plumbing fixtures during installation.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for water supply, drainage, and pumping systems.
• Review contractor work quality and ensure compliance with approved method statements.
• Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and punch point closure reports.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved corrective and preventive actions for site issues.
