Plan, organize, and manage plumbing works from mobilization to testing and handover.
Prepare execution schedules and monitor progress against project milestones.
Ensure work is completed within approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
Supervise day-to-day plumbing site activities and ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for smooth execution.
Identify site constraints and implement practical solutions to avoid delays.
Review GFC/shop drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural teams, electrical/MEP teams, and other contractors.
Resolve clashes, discrepancies, and technical issues before and during execution.
Manage engineers, supervisors, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
Allocate manpower according to project requirements and productivity targets.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate material procurement and delivery according to the construction schedule.
Ensure materials are approved and available at site before starting activities.
Control material usage and minimize wastage.
Ensure plumbing installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards.
Coordinate inspections, testing, pressure tests, flushing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
Ensure proper documentation of inspection and testing activities.
Monitor daily and weekly progress and prepare progress reports.
Track productivity, manpower, materials, and project costs.
Identify potential delays and take corrective action.
Plan and supervise testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.
Coordinate final inspections and ensure all snags are closed.
Prepare/coordinate as-built drawings, test reports, O&M documents, and handover documentation.
Ensure plumbing activities are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements.
Coordinate with the safety team and ensure workers follow approved method statements and risk assessments.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, technical matters, and site issues.
Coordinate approvals, inspections, and material submissions.
