Job summary

Dipanshu Promoter and Builder Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an MEPF Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Firefighting) with 5–10 years of hands-on experience to lead MEPF coordination on large-scale projects.

The candidate will review and coordinate MEPF drawings, prepare BOQs and bills, ensure compliance with IS/NBC standards, and liaise with consultants, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience.
• Experience with MEPF drawings, shop drawings, and GFC drawings.
• Knowledge of CPWD/PWD SOR and NBC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEPF drawings, shop drawings, and GFC drawings with consultants.
• Plan and coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Prepare MEPF BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates as per CPWD/PWD SOR and market rates.
• Prepare and verify client and contractor bills for MEPF works.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC guidelines, fire norms and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems.
• Maintain document control for drawings, approvals, estimates, bills, and correspondence.
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and authorities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate MEPF drawings, shop drawings, and GFC drawings along with MEPF calculation consultants.
• Planning, monitoring, and coordination of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Prepare MEPF BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates as per CPWD/PWD SOR and market rates.
• Prepare and verify client and contractor bills related to MEPF works.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC guidelines, fire norms, and safety regulations.

Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge in Designing part of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, CPWD/PWD specifications related to MEPF works.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and quality control of MEPF systems.
• Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hospital, institutional, and government medical college projects.
• Exposure to EPC mode of project execution.
