Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in electrical systems for high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, executing, and supervising electrical works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Plan, execute, and monitor electrical MEP works for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
2. 2. Review electrical drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and BOQs.
3. 3. Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural teams, contractors, and other MEP disciplines.
4. 4. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
5. 5. Manage electrical systems, including:
   • HT/LT panels and transformers
   • DG sets and power distribution systems
   • Cable trays, conduits, and cable laying
   • Lighting and power systems
   • Earthing and lightning protection systems
   • Fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
   • ELV systems and related electrical infrastructure
6. 6. Monitor site progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project schedules.
7. 7. Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
8. 8. Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
9. 9. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material procurement and technical approvals.
10. 10. Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical MEP execution.
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQs, estimation, and site execution.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Strong coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong site execution and contractor management experience.
• Ability to independently manage electrical MEP activities from execution to commissioning.
