Job summary

Consult Pro in New Delhi seeks an experienced MEP Lead with 20+ years of delivering MEP services for high-rise commercial projects. You will steer the complete MEP scope, ensuring design coordination, execution, and rigorous quality control through delivery and handover.

The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV and related systems, manage multiple contractors, and ensure adherence to NBC and safety standards across all phases.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall experience in MEP design, execution, and project management.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial developments, corporate offices, IT parks, or mixed-use high-rise buildings.
• Proven experience in managing multiple MEP contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design coordination, execution, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end MEP operations for high-rise commercial projects.
• Oversee MEP design, planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, and other building services.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper coordination of MEP services with civil and structural works to avoid clashes and rework.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Manage MEP contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, fire safety regulations, electrical standards, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project quality requirements.
