Job summary

K Raheja Corp in Pune is seeking an experienced Job Description Manager MEP (Electrical) to lead electrical MEP execution for large-scale commercial and residential projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams, review drawings and specifications, and ensure quality, safety and timely delivery.

You should have BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and 8-18 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 8-18 years of relevant experience in electrical MEP execution for large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing and ELV systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical MEP execution for commercial/residential projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing and ELV systems.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications and project timelines.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, productivity and progress.
• Coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and other MEP teams.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspection and handover of electrical systems.
• Review measurements and contractor bills and support cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and project procedures.
