Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to coordinate tenders and data center projects from Gurgaon. You will interface with Electrical, Architecture, Civil and Structural teams and drive design calculations and technical specifications.

Key duties include multi-project management, vendor drawing reviews, value engineering, and integration of mechanical packages with BMS for HVDC systems. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of related MEP experience in data centers.
• Proven ability to coordinate across electrical, architectural, civil and structural teams.
• Experience in design calculations, technical specifications, and vendor drawings review.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenders and ongoing projects.
• Interface with Electrical, Architecture, Civil and site teams.
• Liaise with client and consultant.
• Prepare DBR, schemes, calculations, and specifications.
• Oversee substation, HVAC, fire systems, EOT crane, elevator, and utilities.
• Review vendor drawings and assist cost estimation.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Coordination of Tenders and Ongoing projects
• Responsible for Engineering, co-ordination, and interface meetings with Electrical, Architecture, Civil and structural, site team
• Liaison with Client & Consultant
• Responsible for DBR, schemes, design calculations, technical specification, drawings
• Responsible for Substation,HVAC, Fire-fighting, EOT Crane, Elevator, HSD Tank, Oil filtration machine, Dry air plant, Compressor, STP, WTP, Plumbing
• Responsible for cable scheduling for Mechnical packages
• Responsible for Mechnical packages integration with BMS for HVDC
• Review and conclude vendor drawings
• Assist cost estimation/optimization for tenders/projects
• Responsible for vendor development and incorporate specialist system supplier requirements during detail design.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience required: 12 - 15 Years of related to MEP in Data Center

Key Skills

• 1. Candidate should be able to manage and work on multiple projects and tender simultaneously.
• 2. Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC, Firefighting, EOT Crane detail design.
• 3. Demonstrated multi-disciplinary Engineering Coordination with proven leadership in interface meetings with: Electrical, Architecture, Civil & Structural & Site execution teams
• 4. Ability to work effectively on Value engineering without compromising performance or compliance
• 5. Ability to optimize designs with a creative and innovative approaches.
• 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skill.
