Job summary

Cadbricks is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our team in Ahmedabad. You will develop MEP BIM models using BIM software and produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs for active projects.

You will maintain BIM standards, update models with design revisions and site changes, and support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements while coordinating with architecture, structure, and site teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire fighting modeling.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and BOQs.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/400 and clash detection.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and MEP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Architecture, Structure and site teams.
