Job summary

Adeeba BPO in Kolkata invites applications for a customer support role handling software issues on computers and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot issues such as activation lock, iPhone disable, iTunes, antivirus concerns, and related problems, with fees charged for fixes.

Candidates should have strong English fluency, at least 1 year in an international BPO tech profile, and education of HS pass or graduate. Salary paid on the 1st of every month with incentives and growth prospects.
