Adeeba BPO in Kolkata invites applications for a customer support role handling software issues on computers and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot issues such as activation lock, iPhone disable, iTunes, antivirus concerns, and related problems, with fees charged for fixes.

Candidates should have strong English fluency, at least 1 year in an international BPO tech profile, and education of HS pass or graduate. Salary paid on the 1st of every month with incentives and growth prospects.

Customer will call you regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues like pop calls,error code messages,anti virus issues,issues of mac laptops,Ipads and Iphones like Activation lock,iphone disable,Itunes etc the candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.

Qualifications
