Job summary

Adeeba BPO in Kolkata invites an Associate/Sr. Associate for Tech Support and Sales. The role focuses on converting inbound calls into sales while providing basic technical support for popup, Mac, Windows Printer, Virus and Router issues.

You should have experience in Technical Sales and Support, strong English, and be willing to work in rotational shifts. Salary is paid on the 1st of every month with an attractive incentive policy and up to 20% hike based on interview performance.
