Job summary

Wellesta Services India Pvt. Ltd. in Solapur is seeking a Business Executive to promote Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands across assigned territories.

You will detail products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals, aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and generate prescriptions through active customer engagement. Qualifications

• B.Sc., B.Pharm, or Life Sciences graduates preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct scientific product detailing and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical advantages.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Plan and execute daily doctor calls as per the call plan.
• Generate prescriptions and increase product recommendation through regular customer engagement.
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) to monitor prescription trends and competitor activities.
• Generate Primary Order Booking (POB) and coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure timely product availability.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, stockists, and key opinion leaders.
• Organize CMEs, product awareness activities, and other promotional initiatives as guided by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, doctor calls, expenses, and sales reports using the company's reporting system.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and share actionable insights with the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion practices, and applicable industry regulations.
