Sales / Medical Representative with Reputed Pharma Company Immediate Joining

For motivated graduates looking to build a long-term career in the pharmaceutical and wellness industry.

Position: Sales / Medical Representative
Divisions: Pharma / OTC / RX / Baby Care
Eligibility Criteria: B.Pharm | D.Pharma | BSc / Any Graduation | MBA
Language Requirement: Basic English Communication and Mandatory proficiency in the local language
Training, Stipend & Career Pathway:
2 Months Company Sponsored Residential Training in Bengaluru with stipend
1 Month Internship + 2 Months On-the-Job Training with stipend
Total Stipend: Rs. 65,000 + Allowances during training period
Transition directly into a full-time role post-training
Compensation (Post Training):
Fixed CTC: 3 LPA

Service Commitment

As the company invests significantly in residential training, internship and on-the-job mentoring before deployment, candidates are expected to commit for a minimum period of 3 years to build a stable and rewarding career. In case of early exit before the commitment period, a training cost recovery of Rs. 50,000 would be applicable as per company policy. However, genuine cases will be considered sympathetically for waiver.
