Job summary

Wellesta Services India Pvt. Ltd. invites dynamic candidates to join as Business Executives (BE) to promote Sanofi Opella consumer healthcare brands across India.

The role focuses on field sales, science-based product detailing, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territories. Freshers and experienced pharma sales professionals are welcome to apply, with travel across the country and a valid two-wheeler license preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Sc., B.Pharm, or Life Sciences graduates preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct scientific product detailing and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical advantages.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Plan and execute daily doctor calls as per the call plan.
• Generate prescriptions and increase product recommendations through regular customer engagement.
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) to monitor prescription trends and competitor activities.
• Generate Primary Order Booking (POB) and coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure timely product availability.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, stockists, and key opinion leaders.
• Organize CMEs, product awareness activities, and other promotional initiatives as guided by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, doctor calls, expenses, and sales reports using the company's reporting system.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and share actionable insights with the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion practices, and applicable industry regulations.
