Present products to doctors with clear, evidence-based detailing using the visual aid, leave-behind literature and approved claims. Convert doctor interest into consistent prescriptions and report Rx trends for each key doctor. Maintain high ethical standards in promotion and adhere to UCPMP 2024 and company SOPs. Update the CRM / field-force app daily with doctor calls, chemist calls, orders and expenses. Help organise and execute CMEs, health camps and doctor-engagement programmes within compliance rules. Distribute physician samples and promotional inputs responsibly and keep accurate sample/input records as per company policy and UCPMP norms. Manage stockist relationships – primary and secondary orders, stock-and-sales statements, returns and outstanding follow-up. Collect market intelligence on competitor brands, new launches, schemes and pricing and share it with the manager. Handle institutional calls at hospitals, nursing homes and multi-speciality clinics in the territory. Travel across the headquarters and outstation (ex-HQ) areas on your own two-wheeler as per the tour plan. Visit chemists and retail pharmacies near each doctor to ensure product availability and check Rx demand (chemist audit). Drive headquarters sales growth against monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Candidate
Who should apply
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory). B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university. Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas. Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps. Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work. 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred. Your Shahjahanpur Territory The Shahjahanpur headquarters falls in the Bareilly division. Your daily route will typically include the main town of Shahjahanpur plus ex-HQ markets such as Tilhar, Powayan, Jalalabad. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory. Healthcare Market in Shahjahanpur Healthcare in Shahjahanpur is built around the district hospital, community and primary health centres, private nursing homes and a wide network of clinics and chemists in Tilhar and surrounding towns. General physicians, paediatricians and gynaecologists are often the highest-volume prescribers in such districts. Small-town nursing homes are important prescribers – cover them regularly. Hindi and Urdu both help in local markets. Bareilly and Moradabad act as wholesale medicine hubs for nearby districts – keep stockist contacts there. Winter fog on highways can be heavy – avoid early-morning highway rides in December-January. Ready to Relocate? Read This The vacancy is for Shahjahanpur, but candidates must be ready to relocate. If Shahjahanpur is already filled when you apply, we may offer a nearby headquarters in the same division - Bareilly, Budaun, Pilibhit - or another UP district where we are hiring one MR each. Tell us your preferred district and your current location when you apply.
