Job summary

Emcure in India is seeking a pharma sales professional to drive business in the assigned territory. You will acquire product knowledge through training programs and on- the-job sessions, then meet doctors and chemists daily, delivering impactful product detailing.

You will conduct market surveys, ensure product availability, implement campaigns, and strive to meet monthly sales targets while expanding the prescriber base and managing stock levels with stockists.

Qualifications

• Attend training programs, cycle meetings and on-the-job training.
• Know the company's products and human physiology relevant to pharma.
• Track and improve sales performance in the assigned territory.
• Gather market feedback from doctors, chemists and stockists.
• Showcase product detailing skills to doctors and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Meet doctors and chemists daily as directed by divisions; make product presentations.
• Conduct chemist surveys to collect market information and ensure product availability.
• Ensure 100% execution of strategy and campaigns in the territory.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the territory.
• Ensure timely payment collection and collect stock data from stockists.
• Drive new product success in the territory and expand prescriber base.
• Regularly visit stockists and monitor near-expiry stock and liquidation.
• Maintain and communicate territory insights to improve outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

Acquire the required product knowledge by attending the training programs, cycle meetings and on the job training conducted by the organisation.

• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.


• Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products.


• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.


• Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.


• Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist


• Ensure new product success in your territory


• Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory


• Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation

• Should have good knowledge of human physiology and present company products


• Fresher Candidate - Understand candidates orientation about career in pharma industry.


• Experienced candidate - Should have worked in good company with no job changes
