Job summary

Zuventus Healthcare Limited is seeking a field sales professional to acquire product knowledge through training programs and achieve territory sales targets. You will meet doctors and chemists daily, conduct market surveys, and ensure timely collections while promoting new products and campaigns.

Candidates should have strong product detailing skills, good knowledge of physiology, and proven sales performance with a focus on market feedback and customer engagement in the pharma sector.

Responsibilities

• Attend training programs and on-the-job training as provided by the company.
• Meet doctors and chemists daily as per division targets and deliver detailing presentations.
• Conduct chemist surveys to gather market information and ensure product availability.
• Ensure 100% implementation of brand strategies and campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the territory.
• Ensure timely collections and provide sales/stock data from stockists.
• Drive new product adoption in the territory and grow prescriber base.
• Regularly visit stockists and monitor near-expiry stocks for liquidation.

Role & responsibilities

Acquire the required product knowledge by attending the training programs, cycle meetings and on the job training conducted by the organisation.

• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.


• Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products.


• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.


• Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.


• Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist


• Ensure new product success in your territory


• Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory


• Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have good knowledge of human physiology and present company products


• Fresher Candidate - Understand candidates orientation about career in pharma industry.


• Experienced candidate - Should have worked in good company with no job changes
