Job summary

Zuventus Healthcare Limited in Tamil Nadu invites a driven pharma sales professional to manage a defined territory. You will acquire product knowledge through training and meetings, visit doctors and chemists, and detail products to drive adoption.

You will execute campaigns, meet monthly targets, gather market data from stockists, and promote new products while expanding the prescriber base.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human physiology and present company products.
• Freshers welcome; understand candidate's orientation about career in pharma industry.
• Experienced candidates with a stable work history preferred.
• Excellent product detailing skills.
• Strong sales performance in current role.

Responsibilities

• Attend training programs and on-job trainings conducted by the organisation.
• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemists per day and make detailing presentations to doctors and specialists.
• Conduct chemist surveys to gather market information and ensure product availability.
• Ensure 100% implementation of campaigns and strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the territory.
• Ensure on-time payment collection and provide sales and stock data from stockists.
• Promote new products and expand the prescriber base in the territory.
• Regularly visit stockists and monitor near expiry stocks for liquidation.

Role & responsibilities

Acquire the required product knowledge by attending the training programs, cycle meetings and on the job training conducted by the organisation.

• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.
• Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products.
• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
• Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
• Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist
• Ensure new product success in your territory
• Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory
• Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation
