Your daily route will typically include the main town of Gorakhpur plus ex-HQ markets such as Sahjanwa, Campierganj, Bansgaon, Chauri Chaura. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory.
